We have made this interface available to our mailing list server
customers who do not have the ability to create custom HTML emails.
Simply choose an HTML email template, customize the text, create the
plain text version (for people who don't support HTML email content),
and fill in your list's administrative address and list address prior
to clicking the "Send" button. It is possible using the
test address field and the "Test" button to send yourself
a preview email prior to broadcasting it to your list. Testing your
email is useful for final previewing and spell checking. Please note
that while copy/pasting from MS Office application into the HTML composing
field is supported, it is NOT recommended. Also, please note that
sending a link to a file (uploading the file to your web site and
linking to it) is vastly preferred over attaching it to the email;
for this reason, attachments have been disabled (email size is limited
to 30KB generally).
